There are many different forms of team in today's world and every one of us is involved in some way or another. Even the self employed person working alone is part of a team on occassions.
Team Definition
There are many definitions but the one we prefer is:
"Two or more people working co-operatively together to achieve a mutual and satisfactory outcome".
Team Structure
Some teams have formal structures with an appointed leader. Sometimes they are informally formed to satisfy a pressing need. Sometimes the leadeship role rotates. No matter what form the team takes it is essential that the team members work together.
Team Work
The operative word here is "work". True success is only achieved through some expenditure of effort.
Team Training
We can provide team training and team building workshops on land and/or on the water. Whatever challenge your team is facing we can provide an experience that will lead to enhanced perfromance.
Customised Workshops
We will work with you to design a package suited to your particular requireements. This could be an adaptation of any of our standard training packages or a completely customised design.
