1000 Islands Cruise

Gananoque MarinaThere are several ways to explore the 1000 Islands. We offer a relaxing 5 day, all inclusive, trip on a sailboat. After joining the boat in Gananoque - the Canadian gateway to the 1000 Islands - and a short safety and navigation briefing we will depart for a local anchorage in the shelter of one of the islands.

During the navigation briefing the plan for the trip Islandwill be finalised. We will focus on whatever you wish to do or see during your voyage. You participate at whatever level you are comfortable. If you would like to steer we will help you stay on track. If you want to be chauffeured around that is ok with us too. However if you want to learn to sail we suggest you sign up for one of our courses.

Sailing, visiting islands, swimming, snorkeling, sight seeing, relaxing, and just plain enjoying being outside on the water are all possible. Each night will be spent anchored in a different bay.

Safe Practices are stressed

All Ynot Sailing cruises are offered in a non smoking environment

All on board meals and drinks except alcohol are included in the price. When you register we will send you a menu plan so you can choose what you would like.

Brew PubA trip to Kingston is a popular mid cruise destination. From Gananoque there are two possible routes; the Forty Acres or the Bateau Channel. On these occasions I usually visit my favourite watering hole, the Kingston Brew pub. Their signature beer, Dragons Breath Real Ale, makes the trip worthwhile. The food is pretty good too. Kingston is a beautiful city and well worth spending some time there.

Please register early to avoid disappointment.
